Pallet Conveyors

Drag chain conveyor handles pallets, large loads, efficiently.

Move pallets and other heavy duty loads on belts, chains, skate wheels, or rollers when you need to transport loads, stop and accumulate, reorient or stage.

S&H Systems has deep expertise with both standard and custom-designed pallet conveyor systems for manufacturing, warehousing and distribution operations. Pallet conveyors are available as standalone equipment or in a fully-integrated system; and built for performance, durability and reliability.

DRAG CHAIN

Used for heavy-duty pallet handling and is a good solution for loads that aren’t easily conveyed on roller conveyors. Can be configured as heavy-duty curve or heavy-duty straight. Load capacity of up to 6,000 lbs., low maintenance, and compact design.

CHAIN DRIVEN LIVE ROLLER

Chain driven live roller conveyors (CDLR) is ideal for light, medium and heavy-duty pallet handling of products with smooth bottom or on pallets. High performing with minimal downtime, they are quiet and versatile with easy maintenance.

POLY V

Ideal solution for pallets, drums or other bulk loads. Optimal for light-duty pallet handling when low maintenance or a quieter conveyor is needed. This design in known for its smooth, vibration-free operation.

MULTI-STRAND CHAIN

Efficient, reliable and cost-effective product conveyor. Can be configured to handle most large, heavy or long products. Integrates easily with a number of other conveyor components.

PLASTIC BELT

Heavy-duty plastic belt design keeps materials moving longer with minimal maintenance and lower costs. Features interlocking plastic pieces that allow for bending. Can be built for flat surface, incline, decline or even around corners.

TURNTABLES

Turn table conveyors rotate products to change direction or route in a conveyor system. They come in powered and manual models and are available to use with chain driven live roller, belt driven live roller, and gravity roller conveyors. Turn tables also can work in accumulation and sortation applications.

PIVOTING CHAIN TRANSFER

Pivoting chain transfers are a cost-effective means to introduce loads from multiple lanes into a common trunk line. The bolted construction design allows for a smooth and consistent transfer motion.

RIGHT ANGLE TRANSFERS

Right angle transfers are used to facilitate a 90-degree change in the direction of product flow. Transfer activation is accomplished with heavy-duty industrial air bags, air cylinders or motors. Lift types include scissors, wedge block or offset cam operations. The conveyor beds can be chain driven live roller conveyor or chain conveyor, depending on the mating conveyor style.
